Also tried this whit same results

Issue:
You are getting network errors during the installation of Fusion 360. You may find an error like the below error in the installation log file.

urlopen error [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

The solution below shows how to install Fusion 360 with a single thread, which may help to resolve this issue.
Causes:The streamer is creating too many threads or connections at one time and a network component is interfering with the operation of the streaming installer.
Solution:Install Fusion 360 with a single thread:

1. First delete the current log file  %localappdata%\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log
2. Next, in a internet browser, go to  http://fusion360.autodesk.com/about
3. Select the Download a Free Trial button to get the latest version of the streamer. Take note of the file name and directory.

Note: The streaming installer will usually be " downloaded to  %USERPROFILE%\Downloads\ and the name of the file will usually begin with  Fusion 360 Client Downloader followed by additional alphanumeric numbers.

4. Rename the installer to "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe "
5. Launch the Command Prompt  C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
5. Change the directory to the download directory using the CD command (e.g.  cd %USERPROFILE%\Downloads)
6. Type “Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" -o single
7. Press Enter and follow any prompts to install Fusion 360

Results: The installation process should start and run to completion. It may take longer than normal to install.
