Unable to do Thermal Simulations (Educational Liscence)

Hi,

I have an Educational Fusion 360 Liscence and suddenly I´m unable to conduct Thermal Simulations in the Cloud. It was working fine last Thurday and Friday, but this was on a different PC (my laptop). When opening Fusion 360 it shows me on the top left that I have Education Liscence activated. Under Preferences / Token Clouds Credits -> Simulation Tasks -> "Account to use" there is no account visible that I can choose. On my laptop I could choose the Education Liscence here.
