Unable to Create Project

I am trying to create a project but it keeps saying DM-400 " BAD REQUEST" and the project goes away. I have an education license so I don't know if that affects it or not.

This could be that you are still using "Single User Storage" and have exceeded the number of Projects allowed.  You should create a Team account and this does not have any restrictions on number of projects.  In your Data Panel pick the indicated down arrow and then Create a Team.  Follow the prompts carefully and then you will have the ability to work within your team.  In my screen capture you can see my past Single-User Storage and the team I now work in.

If this is the case and your create a team, you will need to look at this web article to transfer your work from Single-User Storage to your Team.

@jhackney1972

This would be the first project I have made with this account. So I don't think the storage is full. I've read somewhere that it might be a license problem but I have no idea how I would fix it. I contacted Autodesk education and said they couldn't help and said I had to post here. I could not ask regular Autodesk because it is a free version and they don't offer technical support for free versions. I need it fixed though because I am taking a college course that uses this and I cant do the assignments.

According to your second screen capture, you are already using a Team.  Click on the indicated icon which will take you to your Web Database and from there try and create a new Project.  If you need help with the Web Database, let me know.

I gather from your "Silence" the last thing I proposed worked for you.

I have one last suggestion and it is a long shot.  I do not know how you are connecting to the Internet but I would pick up a network cable and hook directly into your router and give it another try.  In the process of doing this, I would shut down Fusion 360, restart your computer for sure.

Edit: I would log out and then log in to Fusion 360 after your restart your computer.
