Unable to create new projects + team hub license

I am on a student license.

I had issues creating new projects (project limit exceeded). I was following these instructions.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Can...

Creating a team hub helps alleviate the issue, my files (personal) are transfered to the team.

However,

1. I transferred too many projects. I was downloading and uploading it back (to personal) but soon, encountered the project limit exceeded error again.

2. If I continue to use Fusion team, I'm not sure how licensing works with the team hub. Is it part of the educational license? Is it going to expire soon?

Not sure what to do next.

Hi @panithi.it

Have you tried those steps?

One theory is that your account needs to "sync" and may have needed time for this process to complete. Can you check again to see if you are able to create a New Project after some time? It sometimes takes 24 hours or more until the license status syncs with our database, and the issue usually goes away if you wait.

Still the same issues after waiting a day.

Basically, the two questions I had still remained.

I did tried "those steps" and have a team created, but again, this brings back my original question 2.(mentioned above), about the license. I can do it on team hub, just felt hesitant to do it for a personal project (single-user) without fully understanding the licensing and all that.

Update: Problems now resolved after waiting about three days. Able to create new projects now.

Would like to see autodesk improve on this. Always enjoyed using Fusion.

Dissapointed having to wait three days. I was lucky that I was in no immediate need to use Fusion, but still irritated.

There should also be a transfer feature from team hub back to personal (not just one-way from personal). Transferring back by downloading and uploading one file at a time was a pain.
