Unable to access F360 after subscription upgrade

I was a start-up user for a couple years. My start-up subscription was not eligible to continue so I bought a full subscription before my term expired. Today when I am trying to download and install my full subscription I still see term expired (read only). I am working on a Mac. I have done everything I can find about fixing this. I have uninstalled, I have cleared the cache data, I have signed out and back in, I have done a full manual install. No matter what I do I can not get the expired license to renew even though I just bought the full subscription. I really need to access my CAM data and do some CNC work today.
I can't get Autodesk on the phone today since it is Sunday and I'm at a full stop until I get this resolved.
Any help is appreciated.
