UI settings change by themselves

I periodically try to select only to find that the select tool has change from "Window Selection" to "Freeform Selection". Then I have to set it back to "Window Selection". It is driving me crazy. Is there some operation that implicitly changes the selection mode?

I also periodically notice that my model looks strange. When I check the camera I find that it has changed to "orthographic". I always have it set to "perspective with ortho faces". Again, I do not understand why it changes without my input.

Can't comment on the camera setting, but the mass selection mode (window, lasso, freeform), have hotkeys that are just "1", "2", "3" (no modifier):

All it takes is a stray hit of one of these keys when the Fusion window is active to switch the mode.  My guess is that is what is switching your mode on you.  I've had this happen to me, as well

I will watch out for that. I had not know about the keyboard shortcuts.
I do know that there are many cases when the expression text box looses focus while I am working on a feature. That might be when I type a number and it gets treated as a shortcut key.

That brings up a wish of mine. I would really like to be able to open a table of all commands and shortcuts and be able to edit them. In the above case I would just remove the shortcuts for selection as I have never used them and the only time I have ever changed the selection mode is to set it back to Window Selection. (I am sure if I was an advanced/professional user I would start using freeform and paint, so I do not think they are unnecessary.)
