UI elements overlap on macOS Catalina

Hello,

Browser file list and "Change parameters" are having some problems. When I open "Change parameters" window and want to edit parameters, Browser file list appears on the top. Furthermore, when I scroll down to the end of the parameters list, scrollbars are on the top of the parameters and I cant edit them.

I am attaching few screenshots.
