Something is up with the left-most dropdown tool menu. I can tell you this bug has occured on multiple occasions and currently I can reproduce the issue even after relaunching the program and restarting the OS. Does not happen to me on my PC. The document I am working on does not matter. When I open the file browser (sidebar) the problem goes away (forgot to include in the video sorry). As you can see in the video, clicking on the drop down just over to the right and then hovering back over to the left seems to be a decent workaround for now. It's very disruptive to my workflow, and would love to see this addressed.
