Two Sided Parts on CNC Lathe.

Hello! I work in a machine shop and I am new to Fusion360. We make a lot of parts here on the lathe that get faced, turned, drilled and bored out. I am new to the programming side of things and am wondering if there is a way on Fusion360 to do the part all in one operation, by adding in an M00 and flipping the part around in. I havent been able to figure out how to do it on Fusion360 and we have just been making the one side of the parts, then making another program and doing the second side, but that isnt as efficient as I would like it to be. Thanks in advance.

It certainly is possible! You are going to need to make 2 Setups, one for each side. At the end of the first, you want to insert a Manual NC command of "Stop" or a Pass through of:
M00

(FLIP PART)

Each Setup should have it's own work offset (G54/55) to allow for adjustment of overall lengths.

For posting of the code, you have two options:
1) Press CTRL and select both Setups, post the code

2) Press CTRL, select both Setups, right click and select "Create NC Program", post out through that dialog.
