Two center rectangles, rotated by user parameter

On a sketch; I need a rectangle (or square) inside a rectangle but I need to rotate the inner rectangle driven on user parameters. Having a tough time figuring this out; any advice?

Here is a sketch that does as you ask.  Just change the Parameter - Inner_Square_Rotation

Set the position required with an Angle Dimension, Using the Parameter.
