During a turning setup with the WCS origin set to "chuck front" and the chuck set to "stock back" and an offset entered it places the origin in the wrong place. It also appears to display an incorrect dimension on the graphic preview plane when highlighting the chuck offset. I found it while setting up a part that is located by a depth stop in the chuck and the machine uses the chuck face as the origin. With a chuck location of 1.5" from stock back, the graphic chuck plane displays "chuck: -1.29921 in" and the wcs origin is well forward of the chuck location, possibly by that 1.299 amount. This causes a machine crash as the tool will be ~1.3" deeper then it thinks. I prefer chuck face origin as it makes it easier to catch a collision in the g-code by spotting -Z values.
