Turn off "Text Commands" Panel on startup

When I start Fusion360, there is always a "Text Commands" panel at the bottom of the screen. I never use Text Commands so always close this panel. Is there an option I can set so that Fusion opens without this panel opening?

How do you turn it off? Can you try this way? It will open according to the option you last used.
