Trying to update to 9313 or above but get error

Hi, I'm getting the following error message. I know that we have a aggressive firewall, but I don't get a chance to enter credentials before it errors with what is seen. How do I get around this?

Could you help to attach your log in C:\Users\<user-id>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log ?

 

Just several hours ago, we've released a new version "9439".

This build has changes which may fix your issue.

Could you help to try it?

 

You need to download the installer again, and run it.
