Trying to open a friends file and I get the error shown below.

I can't open the file, it simply displays this every time and I have tried to give it an hour or 2 between tries.

Likely that you are on Fusion version 2.0.10806 or 20.10811 on Windows. We had a live update issue on this build. Please  re-install Fusion (you don't have to uninstall) and this should take you to the latest version and the file should now open. 

The reason you are not able to open is because it is on a newer schema than the version you have on your machine.
