Trying a lab install of Fusion 360 - website sends me in a loop

OK - so my account has been verified as education eligible until October 2021.

I log in and start here:

Fusion 360 for Educational Institutions | Autodesk

I click on 'LAB Install Instructions', which takes me to:

Fusion Lab Install Instructions.pdf (autodesk.net)

Since I am already verified, I go to Step 4 Get License in the instructions.

When I click on 'Get License' in the Fusion 360 tile, it just opens the same page I started at:

Fusion 360 for Educational Institutions | Autodesk

What am I missing?
