Trouble with Fusion Team/A360 my design won't display in View mode

I am having trouble viewing my designs on the Fusion Team website. I've had this type of trouble in the past. At some point, as my design becomes more complex, the web viewer can't or doesn't render my design. Using the walkthrough functionality available through the web viewer is essential for me to design my projects. Overview works fine, but when I select View, it says it is discovering all visible components, for hours and days, and never shows my design or gives me an error message. While I'm certain I must have done something to confuse the system, I don't know how to discover the problem and fix it.
Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I would like to know few details before suggesting on the workarounds:

1. How big is the model (number of objects and size of the model)?

2. What format is this? the extension is fusion design or dwg? etc?

3. Are you a Fusion 360 user, if so do you experience this only with the web interface or also on Desktop.

If possible, do share us the model and we can see if we can reproduce this in our machines. Assuming it is not a machine-specific issue.

Regards,

Sasi

Thank you for your response and help.

1) I don't know how large my model is, nor do I know how to find such information.

2) The model is a standard Fusion 360 design file.

3) Yes, I am a Fusion 360 user. I only experience the problem using the web viewer. I have no problems with the desktop version. I wouldn't even use the web view if I could navigate using walkthrough on the desktop.

4) I've tried to attach the file, but got the following error message:

The file (FS3 MA v39.f3z) exceeds the maximum file size. The maximum file size is 71 MB.

My .f3z file is 99.4MB

Thanks again for any help you can provide.

Hi,

I couldn't find any specific reason for this failure to view the file in web interface. Were you able to see this with other files or only with this large file (99MB as per the upload status). Can you please try opening a little smaller files in web and see if it is the same.

Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,

Sasi
