Trouble saving and retrieving files

I have several classes that are working in Fusion 360.  For over a ween now, none of my students can save any files within Fusion 360.   Upon opening Fusion 360, the "Upload Progress" never finishes, and when saving a design there is a perpetual circling of the blue circle like it's trying to save but never does (see image below).  Not once in a week with nearly 40 students have we been able to save a file.  It shows in the data panel with the circling, but never saves.  Please help!

Hi @andrea.shaw 

 

Would you be able to share the log files from one of the computers that is failing to upload? That may tell us what is happening. 
Are all the students saving to the same Team hub? Or different hubs?
