In the attached file, I'd like to project the Panel sketch onto the XY plane to get a clean sketch of just the outline of the panel and all the holes, but none of the dimensions and construction lines, so I can export a DXF for lasercutting. I've done this with this sketch before, but now I can't for some reason. I must be forgetting something.
I start by creating a new sketch and selecting the XY plane, then hitting P. Previously, at this point I thought I could just click somewhere within the panel to select everything I want, but now that doesn't select anything; I have to select each individual piece of geometry which would take forever. What am I doing wrong?
