Trouble installing Fusion 360 on iMac

I have been using Fusion 360 ( version 2.0.9011) on my iMac ( Mac OS Big Sur 11.2) on an education license for two years. Fusion was not automatically updating, so I performed an uninstall. After downloading it today, it will not reinstall. I have tried to use the Fusion Cleaner to get a clean uninstall, but get the message that I do not have permission to open it, even though it shows that I do when I look under get info. I have attached the installation log files and would appreciate any help you could provide.

Thanks

Your log file shows the error shown on the Autodesk Help page.  See it its suggestion helps.

Thank you for your suggestion, however when I go to the Library/Application Support folder, there is nothing referring to fusion, Autodesk or Web Deploy to delete.
Thanks

This is normally a hidden folder.  You have to make it visible.

Hi, thanks for your help on this, after spending about four hours on the phone with Apple’s tech support today, we created a new user log in name on my computer and were able to download, install and run fusion successfully.
Thanks
