Hi, I have a very similar problem to described in "Multiple flanges on a bent sheet metal part fails (sometimes)" but there wasn't an answer that helps me.

I have a reasonably simple arch shape composed of 4 flat panels,

I'm trying to create a flange on the front face of all 4 but I'm unable to select the 4 edges simultaneously in the flange tool I can select alternating sides or do them 1 at a time but then they don't miter accordingly and then wont unfold. I have no errors until I create the flanges individually and then I get the joints/ collisions.

For some reason I cant attach the file

You need to attach your model so the Forum users can take a look.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Cheers, I didn't realize I had to export thanks for the instructions. you'll see there are 2 errors now as I've drawn the flanges individually

Thanks

In your file i can´t create all flanges in once, but if i draw it up from new as a sheetmetal part from the start it works just fine and miters are there.

Your Sketch1 is more complicated than needed.

See Attached file.
