Trial conversion order still processing...

I see other people have had this problem in the past, but can't find clear direction on what to do about it. I purchased Fusion 360 two days ago, when my trial version expired. I received a confirmation email, but in Autodesk Account it still says my order is processing, and despite several log-out/log-in attempts and software restarts, the software is still in expired trial mode. I have work to do, help!
