I havent seen a fix to this come up yet but I am unable to export my work as a .3MF File all of a sudden and I can't figure out how to fix it. It works to export as .STL Currently so its not exactly an issue really other than copyright information but a fix to this would be appreciated. In the mean time I am going to try the process I am seeing for people unable to export as .STL or STEP and hope the issue is related

Error Message: No RTTI Data

Thank you

It works on my system on my files.  Please attach one of your Fusion 360 models which you cannot get to Save as Mesh to a 3MF file.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

strange, it seems to work for me.  Screencast and exported 3MF below.  Did you choose a different resolution, or some other option?

The issue is now effecting other files.

Your post does not specify how it is affecting other files.  I too, do not have any issues creating a 3MF from your model and then opening it as a Mesh in Fusion 360.  Maybe it is time for a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of Fusion 360.

yea that's fair I was debating on doing that once it started affecting other files. Will I be able to preserve my files and the directory? I am assuming so considering its cloud based but I'd like to make sure it doesn't use any client-side authorization to confirm file integrity before proceeding.

If you saved your files, into the Data Panel, then they are on the Cloud.  As long as you use the EXACT same Autodesk ID, to log into fusion, they will be there.  One thing, you are using a Team now?  Only old users of Fusion 360 ever used Single-User Storage and then migrated to Teams.  If you fit this category, you need to pay attention to where your files are stored.

using free version. getting same error message. this issue just began recently for me. cannot export .f3d or 3mf files to my computer. I can export .stl fine.

did the re-install fix it for ya?

I have noticed a number of glitchy happenings with this version from the get go. pop up windows within the program stay on screen over other windows. and even after closing the program out I notice my cursor will bring up titles or names of windows within fusion 360 when scrolling over my desktop. very strange.

cheers.

I know this is old, but I was able to resolve this issue by confirming that my file was uploaded to the cloud.  when I first saved the file, my F360 was in 'offline mode' clicking back online, and waiting for the file to trf to the cloud allowed me to export with no issues
