Translation/upload issue

I can't upload any STP file. Tried upload to A360 and it's done but trying trnaslate this file to fusion360 ended with error: "max attempts with no progress".

All files I tried to upload I can I open in other CAD software (solid edge, freecad) with no error. BTW I see reported a lot of issues with webcloud services in last time.

there was a cloud outage yesterday, and translation services may have been affected, as well.  The issues are corrected now, is this still a problem for you?

We are having Cloud Translation on Stls taking forever to process yesterday and today - the same file can take 3 seconds to 30 mins or we get a Failed message with no explanation as why it failed to  translate in cloud translation.
