Transition between multiple tool paths connected as an additional cut path, cutting through all other pieces

We often have to both etch ids into our parts and then cut out individual parts, after and so in the past we just generate multiple types of cut paths under a single setup and then export that setup as a singular file to our machines with no issue whatsoever, but with the newest update its for some reason including a transition line between the last etch path and the beginning of the first cut which is being read by our machines as an additional cut line, causing us to have to painstakingly remove the line since it is fully integrated and connected with the etch line and cut line as a singular line, and typically running across all the pieces we intend to cut making it so we can't jsut delete the extra line and instead having to splice it before deleteing it. Again this only came up with the newest update so if there is a way to turn it off or remove this feature it would be much appreciated.
