Trackpad issues after update -- turning on Native Trackpad doesn't help

I am having a similar issue to many other Mac users with a trackpad, with problems using the pan and orbit commands after the most recent update. With Native Trackpad turned off, the pan works with a two finger swipe, but the orbit doesn't do anything with Shift and a two finger swipe. When I turn on Native Trackpad in the Preview Features, neither the orbit nor the pan works. I have tried closing and opening the program after changes, rebooting the computer -- nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?

I eventually solved the problem by reinstalling Fusion 360. Next time something like this happens, I will try using the Fusion 360 Service Utility instead of removing the program and doing a full reinstall.
