Trackpad gesture navigation not working after recent update - Windows 10

I just opened Fusion 360 today and noticed that it automatically updated. Now I can't navigate using the trackpad.

I can pinch zoom, even though it has been inverted. But the other functions, pan and orbit don't work at all.

I've closed and restarted the app several times.
Anything else I can do to fix this?

It sounds like your preferences might have reset. Could you please try toggling Use Gesture-based View Navigation under Preferences > General, restart Fusion 360, and see if this helps?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I tried that, and noticed that my preferences were NOT reset. But just to test, I toggled the option off, then restarted. Then I toggled the option back on, and restarted again.

It's still not working.

Just to confirm, the Pan/Zoom/Orbit and Invert Zoom settings had not changed, either?

Do you share this device with any other Fusion 360 users?

Has anything changed with the trackpad outside of Fusion 360, with other apps or perhaps a driver update? I'm not aware of any changes that could be directly linked to trackpad input, so we might need to look at your specific hardware.

Would you be able to provide a DxDiag report? Please run "DXdiag" under the start menu (it will come up as a Run command). When asked if you want to check if drivers are digitally signed, go ahead and allow it.

From there, if you could click Save All Information and upload that file here, we can see what Windows is reporting driver-wise.

DXdiag generally doesn't contain personally identifying information, but it does report things like user account or computer name - you are welcome to open the saved file and scrub these if they contain anything revealing, but usually this isn't necessary.
