Trace a line but shrink it X MM

HI, 

We have drawn a shape in fusion 360, and now wish to have the same  traced 4mm inside from the originat, if that makes sense?

i have attatched the original shape, what im trying to achieve is draw it again but 4mm away from the edge of the original, 

i cant shrink/scale it as doesnt work.
