I have created a whale of a project. However when i click finish form, it gives topology errors on several bodies, and then it suggest to use the repair tool. The repair tool seems to do nothing as the error continues to show up... please advise. I am attaching my design

Hi Dsr122076,

I took a look at your whale and have some suggestions.  It took a bit of work to get the form into a state that will "finish form" successfully.   I'm curious about how the form was made, it has so many T-junctions and non-quad faces.  These are OK to have in a model, but you don't want to create too many and this model has many more than  are needed.

The first difficulty for "Finish Form" is that your whale body (Body6) is comprised of a body (cylinder-ish) and head (sphere-ish) and where the two are joined, you have non-manifold topology.  If you get delete the head (including the faces of the head that ended up inside the body) then Body6 will convert.  I used Edit Form and Fill Hole to complete the job of closing up the head of the whale.  I'm not confident I got the head shape right, but it's tweakable.

There is also trouble when converting the fin.  I selected part of the fin, as shown, deleted all that topology and rebuilt the shape, again using Edit Form and Fill Hole.
Instead of building two fins as forms, once I had one that would convert OK, I used the Mirror command in the Design workspace to make a mirrored copy for the other fin.

Good luck with the whale!

Hi and thank you for your help with this. I don't know much about modeling. Most of the stuff I have done has been sketch for little pieces needed to repair things at home. This is my first attempt at a model as I am wanting to paint it and make it into something for my daughters.

I started with a Sphere ball for the nose the rest of the body was all made from cylinders which I stretched and welded at the ends. I did the same for the fins. I created one fin with a cylinder and then mirrored it across to the other side. At the tail of the Whale, I used Modify>Insert Edge to get the shape I was looking for and on the head (the Sphere) I used Modify>insert Point to be able to pull and push in as needed.

A long time ago I had used a program named Maya which let you push and pull by running the mouse over the area you wanted to push or pull, however I couldn't figure out how to do it in Fusion 360 and instead saw I had to pull or push via the points where edges meet.

I will try to make the modifications you mentioned in your post.

Edit: I have done the changes, now the remaining question is how can  I cut the mouth in since I cant really add splines or edges?
