Toolpath for holes on sloped surface

Please, how to make toolpath to make holes as on my screenshot.

The problem is toolpath always reaches bottom of the stock model (box, or exact model without holes, doesnt matter)

I cant cut more then 15mm deep

Please attach your model to get a quicker and more relevant answer. Open your model, select the File menu, then Export to your hard drive. Then attach the F3D file to the Attachment section of a reply post.
