Tool list's Window can not be scaled.

In the tool library, the window that displays the tool list will not allow me to scale/expand using the handles. Specifically in the Vertical direction, I can grab the handle but am unable to let it go to acquire the desired position.  I believe this to be a BUG, due to the fact that this was an ability in the old tool library.

I am using the new Tool Library and I do not have an issues sizing the Tool Library dialog box in "any" direction.  Are you sure your graphic drivers are up to date?

Yes Drivers are current.   The Right/Left works fine.

Its not the entire window that is  giving me issues, That works fine. The window that displays the Tool's Data (Length of Cut, Corner radius, ext.) is the problem.

I still have no issues.  Take a look at the Screencast.  Try a different graphics driver.

Not sure what changed but problem Solved.  Both my home computer and work computer had the same issue, since the new tool library launch (that I DO like).  Just moments ago was customizing my data options and now it works fine.  Thanks for the help.
