tool library malfunction

hey, hope someone can help with this.

Have only just downloaded Fusion 360, and every time i try and open the tool library to select a tool for manufacture, the pop up window doesn't load properly and i get this sort of glitched window. photo attached. 

the same thing actually happend when i first opened fusion 360 ...it fixed itself when i put it in full screen for some weird reason. the same does not happen when i do this to the tool library unfortunately.

am hoping its something simple.

You did not mention your Operating System which would help.  This looks like a graphics card issue.  You should try and make sure you have the latest graphic card drivers.  Also try to switch your DirectX to another type using Fusion 360 Preferences and see it that helps also.  You can also select the Help, Support and Diagnostics, Graphic Diagnostic and check to be sure Fusion 360 is using the correct graphic card (if you have on board as well as a dedicated card).  If you are using Windows OS, the run the application DxDiag and make sure your DirectX is functioning correctly.  You can search the web for how to use this application.
