Tool Bar Shrink and Mouse Pointer Offset

After Fusion is minimized or in the background for a while, my tool bar shrinks and the mouse becomes offset about 1/2 inch to 5 o'clock however it's only offset in the workspace not the menus.  It takes a reboot to resolve.

It happens when Fusion is minimized or not the top application for a length of time. I can force it to happen if I switch my monitor off/on. If fusion is in the forefront it doesn’t happen when I switch the monitor off/on

Any help?  This is really driving me crazy.  I'm forced to restart fusion 4-5 times a day.
