Kia ora, I have downloaded Fusion 360 as an educator for use with our new CNC router.
However I am receiving this message when I open the app... any suggestions
You did not say what your operating system was. If it is Windows 10, go to your setting and select the Sync Now icon. You can also follow the directions given in the error message you posted for other systems.
