I was using the Thread tool just fine when all of the sudden not all are showing on the list. Is there a setting I changed by accident? I've already tried restarting the app and my PC. I've also verified all the XML files are still present in the folder.

Did you try making a change to one of the XTML's? Sometimes an error occurs in the format of the XTML and then the pull down list will be appended like you have there. Snip of my current list attached.

I am also having the same issue. I've tried on different files, changed the language, reset and repair (via Service utility menu). Nothing above helped, at this point I'm considering complete removal.

Have you recently added any new or edited any of the thread XML files?

I've created a Windows application (and now Mac as well) for creating custom thread files for Fusion. You can find out about it here. Hope you find it useful.
If you need to know how to offset threads for 3D printing then I've created a guide here which you might find useful.
If you would like to send me a tip for any help I've provided or for any of my software applications you've found useful, you can do this via my Ko-Fi page here.

Yes, I've added a file with custom threads. After many hours I discovered a syntax error. After correcting everything went back to normal

Yep, that'll do it. When Fusion is loading the thread files if it comes across any error it stops loading that file and any others that follow it alphanumerically. It would be better if it aborted loading just that file and continued loading any subsequent ones. Anyway, I'm glad you found the issue.
