This weekend - File Upload (and large file export) not working

Normally F360 is rock solid, it just works.

But this weekend, uploading external files (eg .step .iges .xt .sldprt)  just wont work.

Is there a server problem ?  (weekend CAD deadlines seem to bring out weird problems, bugs etc. 😄

I've tried the recommendations (even tho' in years' never needed these) eg clear cache, deleted UploadQueuedFileList.xml.  and  jobs.json and the jobs.json.lck files

as in

Its probably related but saving large files as .f3z also fails (it says either 'fail' or timed out ).

The next PC or Fusion restart, the files I've tried to upload show up in the project folder, greyed out - but when I try and open them just get the blue spinner, and Fusion greys and eventually crashes needs to re-start. 😞

I've done a clean re-install, many re-starts, Moved all projects to Teams (even tho a single user)

Any other suggestions ???  (sorry I cant publicly share actual files - sensitive work, but happy to share logs etc. )

I don't know if logs will tell us much more than it timed it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to post them but someone is going to need to see a link to the file, or the f3z to test it. I can certainly do so if you are willing to share them privately.
