This Step File won't open

I tried uploading it when online and it just gets stuck in that process.

I also tried opening it in offline more and it locks up fusion 360.

This should be a valid step file, but I don't tools to actually validate that.  I did open it in a text editor and make sure nothing was obviously wrong.

Oh, it does open. You'll just have to wait for a few minutes. 

From a distance is looks like a simple cone with a few perforations, , but if you zoom in it has  13,000+ of these small spherical bumps. That is a lot off geometry in a single object!

You are correct.  I didn't wait long enough.  Though this file did cause fusion 360 to crash once, but in general I can access and modify this file.  I just wasn't waiting long enough.  Thanks for the quick reply.
