Please fix this issue. PLEASE!!!   *.f3d  file attached. Changing board makes all attachments disappear.  Also, drag and drop does not work for attachments.

Now nothing works? Payback for my commits? Stuff that was working stopped working after my commits. What else am I supposes to think?

This was working until my commits. Boolean subtraction, not a joining?

I had engineering friends who contract with aerospace tell me they were switching to KiCad for these reasons. All of the problems I always expriance with Fusion 360, he told me that was the reason they had to switch. Cloud based is a hue negative for those customers. Pushing updates every single day is another problem for them. They would have to redo entire projects just like me because of these types of errors.

Whatever you did Saturday, you should problem roll that back. Unless you are getting payback for my commits, then it is working just like update bugs.

Well, my beta testing days are over. Time to give Solidworks a go.

Guess I will wait and see if the surprise trial period that started days before my hobbies licence was suppose to renew will work again after a logging out and back in.

I am a disabled veteran, you are welcome for your freedoms.  I can't work and am on a fixed income. This was my sanctuary, but I guess I have to do what I have to do. Just like my surgeries, medications, and therapy from my service for your freedoms.

If this is how it is going to work from now on, I will just pay Solidworks and learn cad their all over again. I am disabled and not stupid, so I think I will get it ok. I left Freecad when you let use use the hobbyist licence.

Fix Fusion 360 and the rest of your apps, because I know others are leaving you for greener pastures with those apps as well for the "EXACT" same reasons. Who is going to use your cloud for Top Secret designs? Did you ever think about that? Many engineering contractors for government contracts can't use cloud anything. There is too much risk with it. The cloud should be a design feature, not a global practice.   They also use RedHat, that is linux if you did not know that.

I honestly cannot believe Autodesk is ruining its log standing reputation like this. Customers who leave you for the most part never tell you why they are leaving, but they will tell everyone else why they did. Do not take my word for it, research it, I already know I am right about that "FACT"...

You are welcome for someone being honest with you about your customer base that pays you. I will see if the ticking clock has anything to do with these problems are not. They were getting more frequent when my hobbyist licence was exspring, then went away after the trial started 9-days before my hobbyist licence expired. Now 1-Day to trial extinction nothing is working again. Get even with me if that is what you are doing, but I know people who pay for cad and they know I have relevant stuff to say.

If all of these issues are global and even your paying customers are having issues, then you should come up with a solid plan to mitigate this revolving bug issues, or prepare yourselves for a class action lawsuit. Your customers who lose customer for these reasons regardless of why they are happening will not sympathize with you. They will just get attorines.

As for Hobbyist, it does not matter if it is free or not, it should work regardless.

79-Cloud based apps, sometimes you can take on too much and lose everything trying.

The problem here is that the bodies you are trying to combine have a lot of overlapping geometry.  In the video, I apply red, green, and blue appearances to the bodies, and you can see the "z-fighting", where the red and blue, and red and green are very close, so you get a mix of colors bleeding through.

This is probably not a problem in the planar areas, but on the fillet surfaces, if the geometry that is trying to be combined is almost, but not quite, identical, Combine will fail.  You are welcome to try Solidworks if you'd like, but I suspect you will have the same problem with this type of geometry.  I tried in Onshape, and got similar failures.

I'd like to help, but I see two different shapes for the housing . What exactly is it you are trying to accomplish?

Would you like a more fluid connection between the flange and the upper profile but did not like the outcome?

Are you interested in learning how to design this properly?

E.g. are you familiar with Fusion 360 R.U.L.E #1?
