I am running 4 work offsets on a part I have run many times before.  Not sure what is going on, but it now appears that when I check the "Minimize tool Changes"  box at the bottom left of the dialog box that first pops up when post processing a program in the manufacture environment, it doesn't do crap.  Tried the good old microsoft restart, tried restarting Fusion 3x.  Nothing is working.  Getting rather frustrated as I need to get these parts going and needed to tweak the program some.  I am hoping its a simple and quick fix on the back end somewhere and it can get patched up ASAP.  Because if not I am f*&#ed until it gets squared away.  I really wish updates didn't always F*&# everything up.  Has cost me more in time than it would have to get inventer/HSM which I am strongly considering doing or moving away from Autodesk entirely.

Computer is an HP laptop running windows 10 with 12gb ram and a 2gb graphics card and an I5 processor.

Good Afternoon,

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Have you tried using this option in the setup tab, I think it should give you the result you're looking for:

I know you can run multiple set ups via the Setup Tab's multiple WCS offset option.  The problem is with each set up for this part, the origin point is different.  I am using a pair of double vises and the center jaw basically ends up mirroring the origin point between the 2 offsets, if that makes sense.  The main problem here, is that checking the "Minimize Tool Changes" check box when posting a program used to work beautifully before the last up date.  I get the update and now it will not work like it used to.  I did some more exploring, and it will reduce the number of tool changes ONLY if I select 2 setups.  If I go 3 set ups, it will just cycle through all of the tools on one offset, then move to the next and so on.  I have 4 setups with each having a different origin point.  One vise has 2 offsets set up for Op1 and the other 2 offsets for Op2.  I really REALLY would like to get this sorted out ASAP as I desperately need to get the program for this part tweaked, but right now it looks like I need to just code it out by hand which is going to suck.  One of the big problems I have with this program and it's nearly constant updates is the shear amount of downtime it has created.  Since I got on Fusion in like 2016 I have probably accrued more than 80hrs of downtime due to Updates F'ing things up.

Just got the August 2020 update and it still is not fixed and have yet to find any other solution other than either manually splicing together posted programs and getting them renumbered in the DNC program I use.  Which sucks.
