There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360

I'm getting the above error everytime I attempt to log in.
The reinstall worked just the once but the error recurred at the next log in attempt.
I now have to delete the machinespecificoptions and loginstate files everytime I want to login.
I have tried all the options on the relevant support page: reinstall, deleting files and sync timezone etc.
Any ideas?
The W10 PC had updated hence the reinstall first.
