@rcichew Can you attach an image of the error. Also does it give you a way to get log files of the report ?

1. Go to add/remove programs

2. Select Fusion - modify

3. This will launch service utility

4. Gather system info

Attqch the Fusiondiagnostics logs.zip

Hi @rcichew, I looked over the log files.  It looks like you updated Fusion recently.  Some earlier attempts to update failed due to disk space but it from the logs it looks like it eventually succeeded.  Is this correct?  The logs also show that the version of Fusion being run is still the old version of Fusion from February 2023, it hasn't switched over to the new version yet.  To fix the issue there are a couple of things to try.  The service utility that you initially ran to gather the logs also has a "Repair Fusion" option, that is meant to fix installation issues.   Please try to run that and see if it fixes the issue.   If that fails, as a last resort, uninstalling Fusion and then installing the latest version would be something else to try.  If you still have problems after this please repost the log files and I will look at them again.

Thanks,

Chip
