The update failed to complete

Hello,

I just received the subject message for a second time. Rebooted, and the same message appeared. Attaching the log as instructed.

Other users on the same (university) computer do not get this message when they run Fusion.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Thanks,

Michael

The log file indicates the update could not find the Windows Registry.  This is probably due to the user profile not having adequate system rights to install.  You need to use a Windows account which has rights to install applications.  You could download the Fusion 360 installation streamer and before running it, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator", this may solve your issue.  Screen capture below.

Is there any chance you have installed Fusion 360 into multiple user accounts in the same machine? If yes, please uninstall all Fusion 360 from installed accounts and install again.
Thank you.
