The selected face could not be offset

Hi,

Very new to Fusion 360, and need a bit of help here.

I'm having trouble with creating a shell. It lets me make an external shell - but not internal, and I get the error message 'The selected face could not be offset'.

It is for a bicycle tyre, which has been revolved from a sketch and I now need to remove the interior i.e. make it a shell.

Thanks in advance!

Due to the interior sharp corners, I believe the shell is restricted to a small wall thickness.  The max I could tweak out of it, after modification of your sketch slightly, was .9 mm.  Model is attached.

Here is my attempt with a bead on the tyre.

Shoould be able to get whatever wall thickness you need.
