[I have an msi with 16 gigs of ram, windows 10 and an intel core 7 7gen] for some reason when I open the program it tries to open but then I get a message that fusion360 is not responding and I have to force the stop, and I have tried to check that there are no more fusion files, I have tried to synchronize the time but nothing seems to work

@hugolopezmartin1 Can you provide the log files to see what could be happening?

1. As you are launching Fusion 360 click on Ctrl+shift
2. This will launch the Fusion 360 service utility
3. Click on gather system info
4. Please attach the diagnostic log zip file in this thread.

It could likely be some network, firewall, proxy issue that could be causing this too. Hopefully logs will give more details.

I have tried everything and nothing helps. I start the fusion 360 and it says that we send you to your web browser to log in and back and I am logged in with my browser but nothing happens. I have been at it for several hours but just no....:(

@Bijesf What you describe here seems to be slightly different. Can you confirm if the below is what you see?

1. Launch Fusion 360
2. Sign in - Takes you to the browser
3. You sign in the browser - Click on Go to product
4. Now nothing happens? Fusion asks you to re-sign in?

Hi

first of all thank you very much for your response. I start the fusion 360 and then it ask me to login to web browser and back, but it never goes any further!!? No matter what I do. I live in Denmark, and I contacted the Fusion team here in Denmark, and after the Very Good man tried to help me it was not possible and then he asked me if fusion team could write to my email!!? If I just knew what is it I have to do. I have a firewall is that maybe the reason!?
