You say you installed with an Administrator Account but something is preventing access to the installation folders. Looking at your log file it is littered with Access Denied errors to key folders. You did not say what operating system you are trying to install on but your need to give the installation process more access.

@SAlexandru As @jhackney1972 called out there are a lot of access denied messages in the logs.
Here is a knowledge article that helps resolve Errno13 that is found in the logs - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...

thank you for your help.
It is win 10 x64, company computer. was installed as administrator, the folders without access notification are with full control for Admin, users, everybody.
It's something with "streamer.exe" cannot move it, copy etc, "I have no permission to perform this action" notification, even for external drives. Could be related with antivirus? McAfee Endpoint security but I cannot turn it off.
Hello,
The problem was resolved by turning off the antivirus. this blocked the streamer.exe file
Still have some notification by antivirus:
"the file F:\Fusion 360 Client Downloader\streamer.exe, violating the rule "HappyNewBorn - Malware", and was blocked. For information about how to respond to this event, see KB85494."
