The hole is created split by half

The hole is created split by half

I am creating a standard hole on a body created by revolving a shape. On one face of the body hole is created split with a diameter line (which is created as a physical line) and consists of two arcs. The shape itself looks like underneath the face it was intended to start from, and the hole is barely visible.
Creating holes on other faces does not result in such a behaviour.

Please help mу to find out what is wrong with the face/body.
The file with problemous model is attached.

The first thing I would do is to fully dimension and constrain all of the sketches. Then we can discuss the next step.

That would probably be to replace the cylinder primitive with a sketch/extrude or revolve.

Then I'd use a sketch and define (constrain/dimension) a sketch point where we can locate the hole.

Then create the hole.

I suspect then it'll work just fine.

Would you be willing to start over from scratch if given step-by-step instructions?

Will this work

Yes, and no. Yes, because you can create some geometry.

No, because th3e whole approach to design this object is flawed right from the first sketch.

This part should be centered on the origin but isn't. Then, as explained above there are more design technique flaws.

None of these are difficult to address.

Your attempt does not match the drawing dimensions.

Yes it was off canvases and the numbers were eye balled.

Why not use the given dimensions?

The link to @TheCADWhisperer's youtube channel is in his forum signature. That does not mean he's pushing it.

He attached his approach to his last post. Download it, study the timeline features and sketches he's created and learn.
Ask questions if you don't understand.

@harpo3196  I am now confused, are you the same person as @Anonymous ?

My communication is intended for the original poster - @Anonymous .

Actually, I haven't given any information on the technique that I would use yet.

I'm still trying to determine if the OP @Anonymous is still here and interested in seeing my technique.

A lot of confusion going on here.
