Text engravings going wrong

When i did engrave text before all did go Well, but now thé "A,O, and E" are giving problems.

In thé simulation evertthing is ok, but when engravings on my machine it's going wrong like you see in thé picture. Can Antoine help me to resolve this problem?

don't use inbuilt Text, make text by other means, like project curves, import DXF file etc.

ok, i did make text in Autocad, exploded, then exported to dxf and extruded it in fudion 360.

strange but i got almost the same result.

Thé O always, and sometimes thé T of A still has thé same problem.

at last, we can experiment,  by drawing text manually, or we have to look into your CNC's PLCs.

Solution Found!  It seems to be a mechanical issue. 1 scew did Came lose and had 1mm movement on it.  After resolving this all go's Well again.
