Technical Save Issue

I am under my team and I am in my team's folder in Fusion 360. I have been trying to save a new design but the location for my team's folder is empty. The designs I edit are in the corresponding folders/team and I have edit priorities when I do so, but this still does not work. Below are some screenshots. Should I reset the app somehow?

Hi @rickprz77

Clear the cache data

Clear the cache data by following the instructions from the article: How to clear the local user cache in Fusion 360

Manually update cache

  1. Open the affected file.
  2. Select 'Continue' in the warning dialog box.
  3. Hover over each external reference in the browser tree.
  4. The affected external references will display the following message "Edit In Place unavailable. Design is located in another team". See the following screenshot:

5. Find the affected references in the Data Panel and open the folders where they exist. This should automatically update the cache data.

Referenced design has been archived

This warning may show if a referenced file has been archived. Check the archived files in Fusion Teams to restore.

It might have been an update issue, but I reset the cache as well. It works now! Thank you!
