Teams - Unable to add students - list not loading fully. (screenshot)

I am attempting to add students but the list is freezing(screenshot below). If I get to a point I can use the +Add button we can only enter a couple emails at a time vs all of them as we could before.

 

Ideas?

That's the issue. I cannot add anyone because the screen will not load. (Note still-loading symbol in the first screenshot) There used to be an invite button within the Fusion software but now it redirects to the Fusion team website. Do you have another way to add team members?

 

This particular folder these are the only options

@acoleman10, you can invite us to the hub from the admin panel.

 

Navigation ->  Admin > Members And Roles > Invite

@acoleman10 , We did not receive any invitations email. Could you please confirm if the invite was successful and if our emails appear in the pending/sent invitations section?

I sent invites twice.

 

At this time I am abandoning using Teams collaboration in my courses. I will discuss in person at the conference in Chicago.

Hi @acoleman10 , 

 

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with invite. Unfortunately my team mate did not receive the email. There was typo in the email used for invite and hence did not reach "abu.farhan@autodesk.com".
Can you please retry sending the email to abu.farhan@autodesk.com,  bibhuti.panda@autodesk.com

 

The Member Management is different in Folder Level project. Here is a help article: https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=FT-ROLES-FOLDER-LEVEL

Are you facing issue only with this Folder level project or all Folder Level projects?

Hi @acoleman10 ,

I want to let you know that the Toolbar actions (search, add, create group) are disabled until the complete data (groups and users) is loaded into the table, which is by design. However, in your case, we identified that the user's data is loading in chunks and taking extended time to load.

 

We are currently working on improvements to reduce the load time.

 

I am sharing a video where the Toolbar actions are enabled once the data is loaded.
