Teams and Admin project is missing

Hi I am currently waiting for support to help resolve the following issue.

After logging on to fusion on Monday both myself and another team member have found our team and admi project have disappeared of our software. I cannot open any files or save any files as it says read only. My team that 2 other's are a member of have gone. Has anyone else had the same issue. I can log on through google and my projects are there but unavailable to open. Any help appreciated.

Update. Nothing sorted so support doesn't seem to be of much help.

As we diagnose this, I have a question - have you or one of your team mates recently changed their email address in the Autodesk Identity system?

The email address was corrected for myself by one of the autodesk agents.
