I'm part of the leadership of a collegiate rocketry team, and we're looking for a solution whereby all of our project folders can be stored and accessed in perpetuity by members, regardless of the passage of time and which members graduate from the team. Our temporary solution was for the president of the club to host the project folder of our club data, but when he graduates it would all remain tied to his account.

We've made this account with the club's email address in the hopes that it would let us create a team that will be permanently accessible, but when the trial period for Fusion 360 runs out in a month, would our student accounts that have free access to Fusion still be able to create, move, delete, etc. the files inside of this account's team? Thanks in advance.

Good day @wvurocketry,

You will need to invite another account and promote it to an administrator.

I have encountered this issue numerous times with Education and Trial licenses.

Once the license expires it becomes a lot more difficult to retrieve the files.

I see. So if the team has at least 1 additional administrator other than the account that no longer has access to Fusion, it should work normally regardless?

It should yes. The issue I came across was when the only Admin account lost its license and the user tried to regain access to the data.
